Many cities in Ontario do require registration for short term rental, however many do NOT have any rules around mid term rentals

We have a stringent guest screening process that includes: identifying guests, analyzing past history, and asking leading questions to get more information. If something does get damaged our team will support in getting compensation from the guest or insurance
